Abstract
- The article reports on the decision of lawmakers to hold down the overall price tag of legislation to extend student aid programs in the Higher Education Act of 1965 in the U.S. Higher education lobbyists have complained about the unfairness of appropriating money for colleges just because they happen to be in the districts of influential legislators.
