Abstract
- The article presents the statement of Governor James M. Cox on federal aid to education in Ohio. Cox stated that he is in favor of the administration of affairs relating directly to all matters of human welfare, including education. According to Cox, aid must be extended in all lines of education, looking particularly to the removal of illiteracy, the Americanization of immigrants, the preparation and proper compensation of teachers, physical education and others.
