Abstract
- The article focuses on the ideological change and discourse and on how relevant dialogues that occurred during Glasgow 1990 can today be seen as located at a key point in the intersection between globalization and cultural policy. The author will explore also the relationship between two specific aspects of globalization and cultural policy initiatives such as Glasgow 1990.
