Young Chinese Line Up for Visas to Study in U.S..

The article reports on the increase in the number young Chinese applying for visas to study in the U.S. Most of them, however, believe that they have little or no chance of studying in the U.S. Although China and the U.S. have been increasing their educational and cultural exchanges, the Chinese government has imposed new restrictions on the outward flow of students because of heightened concern about a brain drain.
