The annual convention of the Council for Exceptional Children titled "Marking Monumental Progress" will be held on March 28-April 1, 1988 in Washington, D.C. A conference on the manufacture and use of alkaline paper titled "Touchstone Seminar: The Paper Chase" will be held on March 29-31, 1988 in Madison, Wisconsin.
