Abstract
- A survey and assessment of labor union activities in the Canadian and U.S. paper industry since 1900. Concludes that the unions have succeeded in keeping abreast of the national average increase in wage rates, that fringe benefits have been above average, and that union leaders have cooperated intelligently with management.
