Abstract

The article presents a case study which describes the two staged approach to pretesting family planning advertisements used by the Egyptian contraceptive social marketing program, Family of the Future. In the case study, researchers have found a two staged approach to pretesting advertisements for Amaan spermicidal foaming tablets, used by the Egyptian Contraceptive Social Marketing program, Family of the Future. According to many researchers, television advertising messages are being used with increasing frequency to support the use of family planning products distributed by contraceptive social marketing programs.
