New drinks launches Feb-Apr: wine growth shows no sign of cooling.

Abstract

The article focuses on an international survey of the number of drinks launched in the market conducted by Productscan Online. Although fruit and fruit flavored drinks were the most popular among drinks categories, the survey showed that these drinks have experienced less substantial growth than others from 2005 to 2006. The survey also indicated that the number of wine and wine coolers has risen by over 76 percent, while beverage mixes and flavorings have grown by 93 percent.
