U.S. China Policy Is Changing: Travel Comes First.

The article reports developments related to the foreign relations between China and U.S. Reportedly, U.S. traveling policy towards China is changing while China's executive branch stresses their unwillingness to respond on the changes imposed by the U.S. government. The conflict between the two countries arise when U.S. restricted the Americans to travel in China or in the Communist controlled portions of China in 1952. On April 14, 1966 U.S. District Judge Joseph C. Zavatt ruled that U.S. has no right to restrict the tourist in visiting China. To address the concern, U.S. government made several steps in reaching out with China through allowing doctors and scientists to travel in China for their professional responsibilities. However, Chinese responded the step negatively.
