Abstract
- The author reflects on the importance of the resolution of the cold war between the U.S. and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR). With the emergence of Communist China as a third world power in fighting revisionist and capitalist western societies represented by the USSR and the U.S., he emphasizes that nuclear test ban and disarmament treaties plays an important role in achieving political stabilization and peaceful coexistence between the USSR and the capitalist western countries.
