Abstract

The article reports on the developments in the science curriculum. It discusses the physics course offered to students in school years 9 and 10 wherein it talks about the advantages and problems of applied physics in the society. Moreover, it discusses the science curriculum relative to social control wherein it mentions the similarities and differences in British and German innovations, influence of the social location on its curriculum design and influence of social location on its curriculum reception.
