Abstract

The article offers political news briefs worldwide in 1926. New York State Governor Alfred E. Smith has ordered the enactment of a law governing state aid to buildings and proposed the provision of State Housing Bank and State Housing Board. A group of Hungarians investigated the forgery of French paper currency at the Cartographical Institute to injure France by throwing on the market large sums in counterfeit currency and to provide money for the Fascist coup d'etat in Hungary.
