Tasks for the Statesmen.

The article reports on the problems of war in relation to atomic bombs. The first problem is related to the tolerance of the world in the power of an aggressor nation while the second problem is related to the development of measures in relieving the damage that would be done to a country who had engaged in war. These problems are not intended to frighten the people but to encourage them to do some measures in enhancing their programs related to the use of atomic weapons such as the atomic energy program and others.
