Abstract
- The article reports on claims that the Somalian militia alliance Restoration of Peace and Counter-Terrorism (ARPCT) is receiving weapons from Ethiopia and Yemen which are being paid by the U.S. It is claimed that the weapons are being used by ARPCT against the Islamic Courts' militias. There are allegations that ARPCT has received the funds from the U.S. through some convoluted channels.
