The article focuses on the Talk-to-Seller kiosks launched by the newspaper Palm Beach Post which allows consumers to contact sellers about the advertisements published in its Web site in Florida. Users can converse with sellers in either English or Spanish language. The newspaper received 400 calls on job recruitment, real estate, automobiles and other classified advertisements since the launch of the project. One of the benefits of the project is that it gives opportunity to advertisers without Web presence to promote sales to online shoppers.
