Abstract
- The article provides information on the Strasser trim, a method in trimming the hooves of horses. This trim is more aggressive than the wild horse trim and is named for Doctor Hiltrud Strasser, a German veterinarian and equine foot care pioneer whose work with severely pathological cases is well documented. At her specialized facility in Tuebingen, Germany, horses lived on rubber flooring white undergoing her trimming regimen.
