Abstract

The article discusses a case of cardiac arrest with ventricular fibrillation. Preliminary examination involving electrocardiogram telemetry monitoring has shown no relevant irregularities of the heart except the occurrence of polymorphic ventricular tachycardia. The data showed that before the attack there was a gradual movement in the terminal QRS complex and ST segment. The patient recovered after applying implantable cardioverter defibrillator placement.
