Abstract
- The article reports that the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission a proposed rule change containing its articles of incorporation and bylaws. The articles and bylaws generally have been in place at the board since 1989. The MSRB would make more explicit its indemnification provisions for board members and employees.
