Abstract

The article focuses on techniques for inserting redundancy in computers. The most compelling reason for the current interest in redundancy theory and techniques is that modern technology is increasingly dependent on the reliability of complex electrical equipment. Redundancy techniques are adapted for computer circuits in which the signals are binary.
