Abstract
- The article reports on the plans of Nine Dragons Paper Industries company to sell its shares to business tycoons Lee Shau-kee, Cheng Yu-tung, and Robert Kuok in its initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong, China. The three tycoons have expressed their commitments to invest in Nine Dragons share and agreed not to dispose their shares several months after IPO.
