Abstract
- The article discusses factors that have lowered U.S. companies' expectations for commercial real estate growth in 2006. Foremost among these is the incremental job growth concurrent with the economy's strong production gains. A survey addressing the question of how corporations will balance hiring control with their need to expand production in 2006 is discussed.
