Abstract

The article reports that Irish Nurses Organisation has called on the management of Kerry General Hospital to curtail its services due to the severe nursing shortage ongoing at the hospital in Ireland. According to the organization, the problem has not been risen as it has been signaled to hospital management by the organization. Shortages of nursing within Kerry General Hospital have been acute that they pose a daily challenge in their efforts to deliver a safe and appropriate level of care to their patients.
