Part-time workers due to receive pension gains.

The article reports on the revision of the arrangements pertaining to nurses and midwives gains in their pension entitlements introduced by the Ireland Department of Health. The revisions include pro rata integration, access to superannuation schemes and the reckoning of prior part-time service under the schemes. It has stated that from December 20, 2001 there will be no minimum hours required for access to the schemes with regards to access to the schemes and reckoning of service.
