Abstract
- The article discusses the effectiveness of community education in the U.S. The achievement of the child in school can be directly related on how a community or home perceives learning, based on suggested information in recent years. It is apparent that the attitude of the parent toward the school would determine largely the entering behavior of the child. The failures can be blamed due to a poor home or community environment, while the success of the child can be regarded as the success of the teacher. Thus, the relations between the home and the community should be legitimized at the institutional level.
