Abstract
- The article presents an analysis on the dynamics of a golf club and the aerodynamics of air-supported vehicles, as presented by engineer Louis A. Graham. Graham's experiment hopes to scientifically explain the velocity and acceleration of the travel of the club head throughout the swing, so as to provide amateur golfers with basic information relating to basic techniques in golfing. It has made use of a tripod-mounted camera, the resulting shots therein explains the graph illustrated by the author. The aerodynamics of air-supported vehicle was also discussed along with the experiments presented by the author.
