Abstract
- The article discusses the cultural deprivation, poverty and the dropout in adolescence. The importance of considering academic achievement separately for male and female students were given much consideration in a study by researchers. The authors describe the variation among the culturally deprived adolescent as concrete, content-centered, slow, externally oriented, inductive and physically oriented. The fact of variation among culturally deprived students is not as important as its association with differentially appropriate educational environments.
