Toe Painting—A Special Education Project.

This article focuses on regular arts and crafts activities for handicapped children involving the use of their toes. The art education students at Louisiana College in Pineville, Louisiana have noted that toe painting is a suitable project for handicapped children. The activity is manipulated by the feet, toes and the balls of the feet. The art education students have assured that special education students need very little extra assistance in toe painting. The steps for toe painting are presented.
