DEMONSTRATING TOPOGRAPHIC ELEVATION AND DEPRESSION.

The article focuses on a demonstration of topographic elevation and depression land features. The demonstrations aims to aid elementary and junior high school students' ability to visualize the third dimensional world of physical reality. The three demonstrations which will reduce the abstractness of contour elevation and depression to easily comprehend realities are being presented in this article. The elevation and depression of land features were presented and discussed. The demonstrations described in this article were presented because of the author's desire to share this instructional technique.
