Abstract

The article reflects on the British immigrants' reaction to New York City. It questions why buses were widely used in the city when it causes more pollution than cars. It features the developments made in the city including the availability of Earth company's products such as leather-backed ashtrays, leather-trimmed clocks, leather desk sets, leather picture frames, paperback copies of the book entitled "Miami Golden Boy." An alphabetical list of the Earth company's tenants is presented including Airport Theaters Inc., American Chemosol Corp. and Box Merchandisers Inc.
