This article reports that athelete Morgan Pressel has filed a second petition with the Ladies Professional Golf Associations asking to be exempted from its minimum age of 18 for membership. Pressel who turns 18 on May 23, 2006 petitioned in a decision reached by commissioner Carolyn Bivens and outgoing commissioner Ty Votaw, was told she could not become an official member until her birthday.
