Abstract

The article informs that Second Cup Ltd. has reformulated its latte recipe to suit Canadian tastes. According to Dorene Wharton, marketing manager at Second Cup, consumer research involving blind taste tests found there was a real preference for a balanced latte, which means a perfect harmony of espresso, steamed milk and foam. Wharton says the biggest change is how the microfoam is made.
