Abstract

This article reports on the implications of current business changes in Germany for the business sector in the U.S. as of March 1978. U.S. companies with experience in combating tough competition at home should have no difficulty in applying their domestic strategy to the German market. The greater interest in direct private investments overseas on the part of European executives is both an opportunity and challenge to U.S. companies.
