The article presents several letters to the editor referencing articles and topics published in the 1995 issue of National Review. In the article, Welfare Reform Rescue, of April 17, the author recognized the need to clarify the dispute on the denial of welfare funds to mothers of illegitimate children. Another article dealt with the moral status of homosexuals. In the review of Arrogant Capital by Kevin Phillips, there were insights for the stagnation of middle-class incomes in the 1980s. To correct the imbalance of wealth distribution, Phillips suggested that taxes should be raised on people with high incomes.
