Abstract

The article presents the author's views on the administration of U.S. President George W. Bush. According to the author, there are no significant legal differences between the investor fraud perpetrated by Enron CEO Kenneth Lay and the prewar intelligence fraud perpetrated by Bush. The author suggests that U.S. citizens must demand that the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence complete Phase II of its investigation into prewar intelligence. It is inferred that the government and general public should consider impeachment proceedings for Bush. The author analyzes how intelligence was presented in the lead up to the war in Iraq.
