Several letters to the editor are presented in response to articles in previous issues including "When Quotas Replace Merit, Everybody Suffer," in the February 15, 1993 issue, topic about rewarding employees without requiring performance in return and the moral and productivity damage incurred by implementation of allotment and timetables.
