Abstract
- A study conducted at Jiangnan University in Wuxi, China, focused on how interaction quality in digital museums influences users' psychological responses and their intention to continue using these platforms. The research integrated the Stimulus-Organism-Response model and telepresence theory to analyze 414 valid responses from visitors to the China Zisha-ware Digital Museum. The findings revealed that interaction quality and users' psychological responses significantly impact users' intention to continue using digital museums, with telepresence mediating this relationship. The study provides insights for enhancing user experience design in digital museums to promote cultural dissemination and educational efforts. [Extracted from the article]
