Abstract
- A study conducted by King's College London focused on identifying multimorbidity latent classes among adults in Malaysia and their impact on mortality risk and health-related quality of life. Four distinct multimorbidity groups were identified, with the complex multimorbidity group showing the lowest quality of life and highest mortality risk over 11 years. The research highlights the need for integrated healthcare approaches to address the clusters of multiple conditions and prioritize the complex multimorbidity cohort in healthcare delivery.
