Abstract
- Multihalogenated Zn phthalocyanine, a commonly used color filter pigment, when pyrolyzed under NH<subscript>3</subscript> atmosphere, produces porous carbon powders containing Zn–N<subscript>4</subscript> coordination sites that exhibit high electrocatalytic O<subscript>2</subscript> reduction reaction (ORR) performance with long-term stability and chemical resistance.
