Abstract
- The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center conducted a study on providing medically tailored groceries and food resource coaching to patients of a safety-net clinic in Dallas, Texas. The research aimed to empower patients with chronic, diet-related diseases and food insecurity to better manage their health sustainably. The study involved a randomized controlled trial with different interventions, and findings will be disseminated through academic conferences and journals.
