Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Mohit Paper Mills has informed that the Company has been informed by the RTA, vide their email dated December 31, 2024, that its name has been changed from 'Link Intime India' to 'MUFG Intime India' with effect from December 31, 2024. The Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name is enclosed. The company has informed to take note of the same and update the name as 'MUFG Intime India' as the RTA of the Company, in the records.
