Abstract

This article studies the design and simulation of a transient test platform for DC current transformers to verify the effectiveness of the design scheme. DC current transformers convert large currents on the primary side into small currents on the secondary side through electromagnetic induction principles and are widely used in power systems. In order to verify the feasibility of the design scheme, simulation research was adopted, and the simulation parameters were the same as the actual scheme, including controllable current source parameters, cable parameters, and MOS switch branches. The simulation results show that the designed DC transient square wave current source can effectively compensate for the impulse current, and the output current waveform is stable, meeting the design requirements.
