Abstract
- The article discusses the potential benefits of using the CoREST complex inhibitor, corin, in treating atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumors (ATRT). The study found that corin inhibited tumor growth, increased cellular differentiation, and extended lifespan in ATRT xenograft models. The results suggest that CoREST complex inhibitors like corin could be a promising treatment option for patients with ATRT, as they suppress tumor growth and promote apoptosis.
