Abstract
- Researchers from the University of Florence conducted a study on patients who discontinued treatment with anti-CGRP monoclonal antibodies for migraine. The study found that about 25% of patients failed to respond to the treatment, leading to discontinuation. The majority of patients discontinued due to ineffectiveness, with 77.9% ceasing treatment within the first year. Further research is needed to identify non-responder features and address unmet needs in migraine treatment. [Extracted from the article]
