Abstract
- Lunit, a provider of AI-powered solutions for cancer diagnostics, has collaborated with BreastScreen New South Wales (BSNSW) to integrate AI technology into a national cancer screening program. This groundbreaking initiative, three years in the making, aims to enhance early breast cancer detection in the state. The integration of Lunit INSIGHT MMG as a second reader in mammography exams targets women aged 50-59, with plans for broader AI use as additional clinical data becomes available. The project sets a global benchmark for similar programs and reflects Lunit's expanding role in transforming breast cancer screening on a global scale. [Extracted from the article]
