Abstract
- Researchers from the Department of Medical Technology in Sichuan, China, conducted a study on the effectiveness of autologous follicular unit extraction (FUE) transplantation for postoperative secondary scarring alopecia. The study included 14 patients, with varying levels of satisfaction reported after the procedure. The research concluded that using a single FUE hair transplantation may have limited effectiveness for treating postoperative scarring alopecia, potentially requiring multiple transplantations for optimal results. Further research is needed to improve follicular transplantation survival rates and ensure surgical efficacy. [Extracted from the article]
