Abstract

To address the existing issues in the development of the textile intangible cultural heritage industry and leverage its competitive advantages, an evaluation system for the competitiveness of the textile intangible cultural heritage industry is established by analyzing the operation process of the industry and using Porter's Diamond model. A correlation structure model of the evaluation indicators was further constructed using Analytic Hierarchy Process (ANP), and the weights of each indicator were determined by combining the Delphi method and expert scoring method. To verify the effectiveness of the model, three provinces, Zhejiang, Hunan, and Guizhou, were selected for empirical analysis. The evaluation model obtained in this study provides an important theoretical basis and practical guidance for local governments to formulate strategic policies to promote the development of the textile intangible cultural heritage industry.
