An Analysis Case of Abnormal Fault of Sensor Voltage Signal.

In the transmission shift control, gear position signal is an important parameter to adjust the transmission gear. If there is any abnormality, TCU will misinterpret the gear position. This paper proposes hypotheses and guesses for the occasional abnormal signal of the sensor gear position signal in actual use, and locates the actual fault cause through fault data analysis, principle analysis and test verification, and finally puts forward improvement measures to solve the problem, and gets good results.
