Abstract
- A study conducted by the University of Oslo focused on the health-related quality of life in children and adolescents with pediatric acquired brain injury (pABI). The research aimed to explore the health profiles of children with pABI and investigate the relationship between improvement in executive function (EF) and health-related quality of life (HRQOL) following cognitive rehabilitation. The findings suggested that cognitive interventions targeting EF deficits in pABI may be beneficial in enhancing HRQOL. The study was funded by The Research Council of Norway, Foundation DAM, and the University of Oslo. [Extracted from the article]
