Abstract

The current study investigated the magnetic features of a bilayer MXene-inspired nanostructure through Monte Carlo investigations. Identification of 24 stable spin configurations with varying the coupling parameters (J<subscript>ss</subscript> and J<subscript>σσ</subscript>) revealed the influence of these parameters on the magnetic phase region. Additionally, the study explored the impact of coupling parameter (J<subscript>σS</subscript>) and external magnetic field (H) on the blocking temperature, highlighting the more significant role played by J<subscript>σS</subscript>. Furthermore, the analysis considered how J<subscript>σS</subscript> and temperature (T) affect multiple hysteresis loops, including size, coercive field and saturation field. These results have hold important implications for magnetic MXene nanostructures and multistate memory storage applications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
