Abstract

A study conducted by researchers at Kerman University of Medical Sciences in Iran examined the effects of curcumin and liposomal curcumin on male mice exposed to cadmium chloride, a substance known to cause reproductive disorders. The study found that curcumin helped prevent reproductive toxicity induced by cadmium chloride by reducing oxidative injury, with no significant difference in effectiveness between native and liposomal curcumin. The research was supported by Golestan University of Medical Sciences and has been peer-reviewed. For more information, readers can refer to the original article published in Andrologia.
